All scheduled classes will run for 1 hour.
Friday’s 5:30pm skills class is for those who would like to work on a particular movement that they believe is a weakness.
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am -7:00am
Monday – Friday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm & 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Saturday Morning: 8:30am – 9:30am
